We had an amazing three days in the snow, just what my friend and I wanted for a bit of rest and a change of scene. I'd chosen the apartment on Booking.com for its layout, location, and photos, although some of the reviews gave me pause. I'm glad I booked it. The place was clean and tidy, and I didn't see the cleanliness problems mentioned in those reviews. The layout felt ideal and cozy, with spectacular views. There was plenty of kitchen gear, including a fondue set, raclette grill, toaster, Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, and other appliances. The bathroom had shampoo and hair conditioner, and the kitchen had salt, oil, sugar, Nespresso capsules, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning products. I hadn't expected all that. The value for money was fantastic. What really stood out was the personal attention. They were available before, during, and even after our stay, checking if I needed anything and offering help with activities, restaurants, and other things to do. I travel a lot and have never had service like this. There was a problem with a radiator, but they noticed it before we arrived and tried to fix it. When they couldn't, they quickly bought us a new one and arranged for an installer to come. We got to use a huge, powerful radiator. I know some of the reviews weren't positive, but I decided to give the place a chance since reviews aren't always fair. Our experience couldn't have been better. We left amazed, and I'll definitely come back. A perfect 10/10 for me.

We had a lovely family stay with our three children and our dog. The accommodation was very functional, and there are hiking trails and shops within walking distance.

The view of the Pyrenees is lovely, and the bedding was good, but that's about all I can say for a two-night stay at such a prohibitive price. The studio's decor looks dated, like it's from the early 80s, and the housekeeping was sloppy when we arrived. There was hair and fluff everywhere, the brick wall was really dirty, and the ashtray hadn't been emptied. The electrical outlets sticking out of the walls with wires exposed are a real danger if you have children. The shower curtain barely stays in place, and the hot water faucet came off in my hand. The door's complicated digital code could also be simplified. For this price, I'd rather spend a weekend in a European capital or somewhere else in a superb five-star hotel with breakfast. It's an ultra-expensive rental for the quality. They should consider a complete renovation instead of just thinking about making money. Tourists paying for this service are treated like suckers. I'm responding again after your reply because it skims over what I raised. Please look at the outlet near the TV, which is completely out of the wall with exposed wires. What does that have to do with your response about having the wiring redone? The price still isn't justified by the things you listed. I travel extensively around the world, and I didn't see any concierge service here. In practical terms, are we supposed to pay over the phone for a service at this price? Is that a joke? Parking is also an issue. You have to use the neighboring building's lot, where there's little or no space. At least laundry is provided for the price. With that kind of response, it's better to say nothing. It makes you feel even better about going abroad, because at this price you get real service, a REAL concierge, and a welcome. Please review the cleaning too, especially the side of the wall with all the sheep on the brick. Have a good Sunday!
