Hotel Le Grand Tetras

The place is really well run and in a great spot. We found the pool, hot tub, and sauna very good, and every staff member we met was helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

The pool area was lovely, with warm water and a jacuzzi close by. We also liked the balcony with its table and chairs, the mini fridge, and the excellent shower, which had both a rain head and a handheld one. Staff were cheerful and pleasant, and spoke some English. Getting in and out of the parking garage made us feel claustrophobic, so we chose not to use it on our second night. The internet was slow, and we couldn't connect to our VPN during either of our two nights.

The rooms were nice, though a bit too warm. On Saturday night, the bar had lots of loud, drunk kids throwing lighters at the windows and hitting cars.

The staff were helpful and the views were lovely, but the building feels dated. Our room was warm, with no air conditioning, and the pool is quite small, much smaller than it looks. Being beside a busy road also made it noisy.
