Le Clos De Marie

The apartment was comfortable and cozy, with nice dishes and antique furniture, and worked well for two. The bathroom was the main drawback: it's very small, with a 70 cm shower that wouldn't suit a larger person. There was also road noise and noise from the bar across from the residence. Some apartments have a beautiful mountain view.

We spent a week here with the family during our summer holiday, and the location is hard to beat, so close to the center. The outside of the building could use a facelift. Inside, the main issue was the living room layout: even with four of us, it was very hard, maybe impossible, to fit everyone on the sofa. I can't imagine how that would work for six, or eight, I can't remember! 😂

I've stayed in several cottages at Clos de Marie now, and each one has been just as spacious and comfortable. It's a new place, so everything feels lovely. The swimming pool is a nice extra, and Maude is very approachable and does her best to make sure you have a great stay. For the money, it's unbeatable. I've had a great time here and will keep coming back. Soraya.

We had a cozy top-floor room at the far end of the building, with lovely decor and a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and pleasant. It was perfect for a short stay of one week.
