B&B Villa Chante Coucou

We mostly enjoyed our stay in room 2. Marco is a wonderful host, breakfast is amazing, the cleaning is very good, and it’s a five-minute walk to the village. One thing needs attention: parking should be moved farther from the guest windows. On the night we stayed, a neighbor or guest parked by our villa windows and kept slowly reversing and idling the car, even late at night. The windows are only half a meter above the road, so noise and exhaust fumes filled our room several times during our one-night stay. I can’t fault Marco, since he wasn’t responsible for it and it wasn’t a problem with the room, but it does need attention.

Marco is made for hosting, so friendly, informative, and helpful. The mountain views were amazing, and the rooms felt charming and warm. Coffee and breakfast were fantastic. One of the best places we’ve stayed. The Freeman family from New Zealand.

We stayed for one night on our trip and really liked this well-located, clean hotel with its beautiful pool and view. Our host welcomed us so warmly, was very kind, and made us a great breakfast and wine.

Marco, the host, is great fun and super helpful. The place may not look like much at first, but then you see the huge pool and those amazing mountain views. That view alone gets five stars, with everything else as a bonus. It’s right in the city center, up a small hill, so just follow the map. When the thermometer gets above 40, this is where you want to relax. In the evening, the restaurants are a short walk downhill, and after 19:30 it cools off as the mountains cast shade over the city. The river winding through town is freezing cold, dipping your toes in is a shock 😎
