Good evening. I’m giving one star because the review form requires it. Run away. I’ve got several frames identical to the one I first ordered from this crook, all made by a real framer. In mid-December, I brought a numbered lithograph to this shop to be framed in a beautiful black lacquered frame. When I went to collect it the first time, after chasing them up, the artwork was falling out. There were several brush hairs, I hope, and even some human hairs. We brought it back. There was no apology, and my wife practically had to demand that it be put right. They reassembled the frame, and for what we paid, we expected something decent. At the second pickup, the four corners had black felt-tip marks in a different color to cover bad joins and dents. The artwork had two gray marks, and the canopy was taped straight onto it with ordinary office tape, as shown in the photo, instead of proper framing tape. The whole thing was filthy too. When we raised the problems, the response was, “What’s wrong now?” The person was condescending, didn’t apologize, refunded us, and threw us out as if we were nothing. I don’t recommend this rude shop. It’s a scam, and it damages artwork. Shameful work, and a disgrace.

The replacement glass was scratched too, and it didn't even fit the frame. The owner had only turned the frame around, so the marks that had been on the left were now on the right. When I returned to the painter's studio, he refused a refund and said he'd replace the damaged parts. The original job was to frame a photo, but the materials were cheap and damaged, with several scratches on the frame and glass. A bad experience. I'd strongly suggest going somewhere else.

A well-stocked shop with quality products, and the advice was good.

Really good value for money, and a great place. I'd happily recommend it.
