La Toussuire is a lovely resort, with welcoming shop owners and restaurants that are affordable. We keep returning to these traditional chalets, which sit in a great spot where you can ski right to and from either one. The views from the outdoor seating areas are beautiful, and the hosts take such good care of you.

We liked being above town in a peaceful spot, with an east-facing view over the mountains and morning sun. Petit Loup was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a family trip, though it isn't luxurious. It has two bedrooms for four adults and two children, plus a sofa bed in the lounge-dining room that can sleep two more. There was enough snow for us to ski in and out, so we never needed the bus. We walked down to town and back a few times, a bit of a workout. In season, shuttle buses stop about 100 metres away. We'll be back. The other flat, Grand Loup, is larger and newer.

A lovely place for a restful summer break, with a stunning view and plenty of space in the big garden and porch. It was very clean and child friendly. The owner was on hand for anything we needed, and always helped with a smile.

The shuttle stops right outside the chalet, which was so handy. We found it peaceful, well equipped, and blessed with a superb view. The owner gave us a warm welcome and was wonderfully attentive. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We were two families of four in La Louvière, and the chalet worked very well for us. It's clean, thoughtfully laid out, and handy for the ski slopes. A shuttle stop right nearby takes you to the resort centre. The owner welcomed us warmly and was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.
