It was so calm and the pool was almost empty when we went in September. A lovely place to stay. Bring a sponge, and ground coffee if that's your usual drink.

We booked through booking and the property confirmed, then cancelled a month later with no explanation. They never answered when we tried to reach them. That left us scrambling to find somewhere else at the last minute and caused a lot of trouble.

The accommodation is basic but clean, and the staff are really friendly. Good value for money.

The grounds cover 8 hectares, so even with plenty of people around, it still felt peaceful and like we hardly saw anyone. We had a fantastic weekend at the Fouras campsite. The pool was very welcome in that weather, though I would've liked air conditioning in the mobile home. Thanks to Christophe and the team, especially Diane, who was wonderful, and the young woman at reception whose name I can't remember. We highly recommend it!
