We slept incredibly well in room 104, the beds were large, the linens soft, and the room was clean and cozy. After a 12-hour trip, waking up to fresh air, birdsong, and a beautiful view felt great. The temperature was just right, and the breakfast was filling and high quality. Eric made the arrival especially warm. He greeted us in the parking lot with a big smile, then showed us around, pointed out the pools, and suggested a tasty local beer. Later, we enjoyed a lovely white wine brought chilled in a bag of ice on our balcony. The location is gorgeous, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, which were clean and a hit with the kids. There’s tennis and mini-golf too. It’s a lovely place to unwind and chat with kind people. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff’s English is very limited, and I didn’t find them helpful. The internet is so slow it hardly deserves to be listed as a hotel feature. If you need to work here, think carefully, because you’ll have to rely on your phone’s hotspot.

A top-notch hotel.

6/10
The rooms are clean and renovated, with comfortable, spotless bedding, and the setting is beautiful. Getting in with a magnetic card is easier than using a key. The welcome when we arrived was just average. We didn’t enjoy the restaurant food, though that’s a matter of personal taste. The staff there were friendly. The indoor pool is small and needs work. A fresh coat of paint would help, and we felt cold while swimming with the window open. Please close the room doors gently. This is a hotel, and slamming them isn’t good manners. Adjusting the door closers might help.
