There was always a sunbed free, even when we went down to the big pool at 11 in the morning. The activity programme is amazing, and there was always something for the kids and us to do. The daily schedule is on the app, and all the activities are free. The site is lovely, though it’s hilly, so walking could be difficult if you have mobility trouble. We’d go back.

The children loved the campsite, and the view is magnificent. Our mobile home was very clean, the reception staff were kind and understanding, and most of the entertainment was great. I also appreciated how attentive the other two lifeguards were and the care they provided. The aqua gym, though, was disappointing. Sessions always started late, didn’t last long enough, and the lifeguard didn’t have the energy to motivate us, so the classes felt boring. It was also unacceptable to tell foreign visitors, aggressively, that they must speak French because they’re in France.

The pool area was a hit, with a good section for children under two, slides suited to younger kids, and a snack bar nearby. We could always find a sunbed. Our children enjoyed the kids club, and the staff seemed nice with well-prepared activities. The site is great, but the shared areas weren’t cleaned often enough during the day. By 4 pm, the bar area was filthy and full of flies, making it hard to sit down and enjoy a drink. The restaurant was okay, with decent food that got a bit repetitive. We wouldn’t stay with Eurocamp again because our mobile home was grubby and very dated. The Yelloh Village sites and homes looked much nicer.

I first came to Holiday Green as a kid 35 years ago, and brought my family back this year. Thanks to everyone there for such a great stay. From booking and our accommodation to the activities and pool, everything was first class. The kids are already asking to return, and we’d definitely recommend it to friends. Hope the rest of the season goes well, and we’re looking forward to the 2026 bookings opening! :0)
