We cooked and ate in the apartment, which was useful given how expensive eating out in France can be. It's also close to the beach, shops, and plenty of places like bars, pizzerias, pubs, and ice cream parlors, so the cramped room mattered less. The little apartment had everything: a bed, small kitchen, bathroom and shower, air conditioning, and heating. There was even a small table with two chairs outside. It's all a bit tight, but fine for two people traveling. The owner was very kind and went out of their way to accommodate guests. A positive experience.

The beach is just 150 meters away, and the price and location are both great. We stayed in a two-room suite for six on the second floor. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee machine. The furniture was a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well. There was Wi-Fi in the room and free parking on site. The owner was warm and helpful whenever we had questions. Highly recommended!

The good points are the parking on the property, the beachfront location, and the bottle of water left in the fridge. Mr. Bosc is also friendly and flexible about arrival and departure times, as he has been in all the years we've stayed here. But this year he proposed doubling the price. After a short discussion we got that down to a 50% increase, which is still too much. I compared it with places we stayed elsewhere in France, where prices hadn't changed. Nothing here has changed except a raised platform in the dining area. The toilet, mirror, and shower were filthy, the shower curtain is gone, and the half-used sponge and dishcloth were disgusting. We brought our own, since this has happened before. The air conditioning is so loud we couldn't use it at night, and the kettle was completely scaled up. I could go on. Look at the photos.

The sofa bed mattress was badly misshapen and so uncomfortable, it felt like guaranteed back pain. Indoor parking was really convenient, and the host was friendly and helpful.
