We only got to stay one night, though this would be a great place for a longer visit. We had the entire upstairs of a private home, with several rooms and beds, so there was loads of space for the two of us. Everything worked well, and breakfast was served on a patio. There's a small grocery store within walking distance, and parking for my motorcycle on concrete in front of the garage. It's very close to Verdun, making it a handy base for exploring the WWI battles and history. I'd like to come back for longer.

There isn't much to do nearby, but the surroundings were very peaceful and the couple made us feel welcome. I really enjoyed the stay. My only downside was that there was a TV in the first bedroom but none in the second.

The comfort really surprised me in a good way. It's a superb gîte, and I highly recommend it. Breakfast was very good too.
