Résidence La Voile Blanche 2

The kitchen had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach was a real plus. But the bugs and the heat upstairs made it hard to relax. Our room, 146, was full of mosquitoes. There were old stains and blood marks on the walls before we arrived, and the buzzing and bites kept us from getting much sleep. We had both the bedroom and balcony doors shut, yet it seemed like insects could still get in through a gap somewhere. We could hear the sea clearly, which would have been lovely if it didn't come with unprotected access for mosquitoes. There were holes in the walls too, and little crawling things had settled into the bedroom. The top floor was incredibly hot, and a fan or air conditioning would have helped. The doors all squeaked badly, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels, and silverfish came out of the bathtub and wall. Such a shame, since we'd hoped to rest and recharge on vacation.
