The house itself is lovely and clearly well looked after, and it’s an easy base for getting around, with the Yellow Train and bus stop just steps away. Breakfast was included, tasty, and generous. We also tried the €25 dinner, wine included, and loved the Catalan cooking with local ingredients and fresh takes on regional recipes. Florian and Marina made the place feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. At breakfast we met travelers from all over, and it’s easy to see why people come for their hospitality. They speak excellent English too. We’ll remember this stay for a long time.

The hosts put on a lovely supper right in the house, with food that felt restaurant quality and was reasonably priced. The house and rooms have plenty of historic character, and the hosts are wonderful. A nice touch for us: with their Canadian experience, they put top sheets on the bed. Highly recommended.

The food was superb, really at a gastronomic level, and the pool and leafy surroundings were welcome when the weather got hot. The proprietors are super friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are nice, though they can get warm when it’s very hot outside. A very nice Chambre d’hote, highly recommended.

The garden has a sizeable pool, and the charming house has a clean, airy room with an ensuite. We enjoyed the hosts’ company, too. They serve local Catalan food, with breakfast included and dinner available if you want it at 8.00 pm. It’s a great spot for exploring the fascinating countryside and nearby places. The hosts are very sympathetic, and the other guests seemed pleasant and easygoing. Very easy to recommend.

The hosts were kind and helpful, and we had a pleasant stay in a spacious, stylish room with a lovely terrace view. We’d recommend booking the Catalan dinner: the local food was very good, the atmosphere felt like a family meal, and the price was fair. We can absolutely recommend this place.
