The apartment was affordable, well located near a tram and supermarket, and had all the listed amenities, including a full set of cooking utensils. The main problem was check-in. I emailed twice about arriving early, once two days beforehand and again before boarding, but heard nothing back. We ended up waiting outside in freezing Swiss weather for over 2.5 hours. The building was locked and unmanned, and we weren't given the password to enter or access to the common area. The phone number on the website didn't work, so there was no support. The manager later acknowledged that the miscommunication was their fault, but that didn't undo the experience. They should give guests the building code so they can get inside, and provide the key code at 16:30, the stated check-in time.

There were two receptionists. The one with hair was really kind, but the bald one was very stingy and wouldn't let us sit in the waiting area while we waited for our taxi.

The rooms were clean, and the staff very polite. It's a nice hotel with a small kitchen. I'd recommend staying here.

We stayed one night while visiting Geneva and had no real problems. The place is simple but clean. Parking costs around 10-15€ a night, I think, and you can't leave your car there until after 16:30 on check-in day. Finding a street space nearby was a nightmare, and there isn't another parking lot around. We left the car about a 20-minute walk from the tram to Geneva, then moved it closer to the hotel that evening. Since street parking was free the next day, Sunday, it worked out okay for us.

It's clean and easy to get to, and the location is good. Our room was just above the restaurant, so there was some noise at night. We had to open the windows because the sound was bothering us, but then there was no air conditioning or fan. Still, it was a nice hotel.
