La Girondine

Fantastic.

The breakfast was generous, with homemade crêpes, and the hosts kept everything cheerful. We only stayed one night, but they welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. I highly recommend it, and we'd be very happy to come back.

The pool was such a lovely bonus, with a peaceful setting and just the right temperature. We could have stayed there all day. La Girondine felt like home as soon as we arrived, thanks to the warm, attentive welcome from hosts who clearly care about making guests comfortable. Breakfast is worth having: the homemade crepes and jams were delicious, and you can tell they put care into them. They go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly return. Thank you for such a generous, genuine welcome.

We had such a fun week at Hervé and Marielou's. I don't think I've ever laughed so much, with all their jokes, or eaten so well thanks to their five-star cooking. They were incredibly kind too, even drying and putting away my laundry while I was out with my family. It feels less like a hotel room and more like being at home, totally at ease and treated like royalty. Getting around for shopping, Saint-Émilion, the châteaux and Bordeaux was easy. They explained everything and even took us to wineries where we could buy good local wine at great prices. We already want to go back. It's absolutely fantastic, and I recommend it 200%.
