La Masquiere is only steps from the path beside the Canal du Midi, a lovely base for a walk or bike ride. Cathy welcomed us so warmly, showed us to a beautiful room, and cooked a delicious breakfast. I’d happily return and stay longer. The whole home feels peaceful, comfortable, and inviting, with thoughtful choices everywhere, from the floor coverings and warm wood to the artwork and apron collection. The landscaped gardens have an outdoor dining area, a deck, and a lovely swimming pool. What a treat.

A great stop for anyone traveling by foot or bicycle, right beside the Canal du Midi. The rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. Fantastic experience.
