Our motorhome broke down, so we stayed here for two lovely nights. The family welcomed us warmly and showed us to a beautiful, roomy bedroom. There’s a lovely garden and a charming village nearby. Dinner was a real treat, and Eric was always around for a good chat. I’d definitely recommend a stay.

The food and the company were the best parts for us. At domaine des deus cadres, you get a real French atmosphere with good meals, wine, and people to share it with. Mrs Sophia’s artistic touch is everywhere, including her beautiful earthenware sculptures. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very quiet, and the bathrooms are incredibly spacious and well furnished. There’s a huge garden and a relaxing pool too. The Domaine is also well placed for exploring the Bordeaux area, including a trip to Archacon. I strongly recommend giving this lovely place a try, and I’ll be back.

We came together as a small family to celebrate a birthday in this beautiful home. Sophie, our host, has decorated it with travel souvenirs and her sculptures, and we loved it. We had a swim and relaxed by the pool, then enjoyed a delicious dinner in the garden with a good wine Eric recommended. Breakfast was fabulous too. Everything was just right, and we already want to return soon. Thanks for making us feel welcome. The grandchildren send a hug to the dogs, especially papaya.
