Première Classe Paris Ouest - Gennevilliers Barbanniers

The staff were lovely, and we even got into all our rooms early. We arrived before check-in just to ask if we could leave our luggage, but the receptionist gave us the rooms right away. The room was fine and clean, with clean sheets and no bedbugs or anything; they cleaned it during our stay too. Sure, the room and bathroom are small, but at such a low price we weren't expecting more. It was convenient enough, and for this price I'd give it five stars.

Parking is free, and the staff were really welcoming. For the cheap price, the room was decent and the bed comfortable, with a TV that was fine for what we paid. The bathroom was a shower cubicle, but it was okay. I only stayed one night and housekeeping knocked on my door very early in the morning, which was the one annoyance. Otherwise it was a good stay, and I think it's worth the price. It's a small budget hotel in the north of Paris.

The room was filthy, with bugs in it. When I told the staff, they acted as though that type of bug was acceptable. The bathroom smelled awful, the sink leaked, and the air conditioning and heat didn't work, leaving the room extremely hot and making the sewage smell even worse. I wouldn't risk staying here. It isn't worth the stress.

Free parking was the only good part. The street noise was awful because the window seals were broken, so traffic sounded like it was coming straight into the room. Dust was everywhere, and the tiny plastic bathroom cubicle smelled constantly of sewage and cigarette smoke. Breakfast was sparse and disappointing. There were tiger mosquitoes and a few spiders in the room, and I later found out previous guests had used the pillows, or cushions, to kill mosquitoes. I raised the problems with the hotel, but they refused a refund, and the other rooms they offered had similar issues. It was a nightmare from start to finish. I strongly advise against staying here.
