Mas Nouveau

Dinner was wonderful every night, and the chef even got an ovation. He uses local ingredients and cooks them himself. The breakfast was great too. This peaceful B&B sits on a huge flat area with unbelievable mountain views, in a rural spot above the small town of Genolhac, France. We stayed in the main house with our cousins. My room was very large, with a fireplace and a separate sleeping area. We shared an upstairs bathroom with them and were fine with that. It had a double shower and plenty of sinks. Some of the other rooms have private bathrooms. There’s also a hot tub, a pond, and lots of grass to relax on. You can hike nearby, and Genolhac is a 10-minute drive to the south. I’d recommend this small hotel for a calm, lovely stay.

A delightful place, with lovely management and food. Just be ready for the steep climb up from the village.

A great venue for events.

The estate is beautifully managed, and the landscaped grounds have wonderful light. It’s a fantastic place for capturing weddings and other events. If you’re planning a reception here, I’d say go for it without hesitation.
