The restaurant service was excellent, and Mustafa was especially kind. He helped us with everything and really brightened our days during the stay 🤗😁. The rooms were freezing. We were four people on a business trip, each in a different room, and the heating didn’t work in any of them. We had to ask for extra blankets.
