The location is good, parking is convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with advice. Our room was clean and comfortable, but there was a cigarette smell. We came as a family with children and didn't like that. Even so, the stay was generally good.

Loud club music from the ground floor kept me awake into the early hours. The staff seemed fine with it, even though the hotel is known to have poor soundproofing. I saw a previous review complaining about the same thing five years ago, so this seems to have been going on for a long time. People thinking of staying here should reconsider.

You can walk to shops, restaurants and the lake from this spot downtown. Pets are allowed, but the owner didn't make us feel warmly welcome. The employees have so many different tasks that by the end you don't know who's responsible for what. The receptionist is the professional one!

There's a nice restaurant at this hotel, and it's right beside a free car park. A nice place.

The coffee in the morning was nice, but you don't get much for your money. The showers have no holder, there's no vegetarian food, and it was very noisy. The doors squeaked a lot too.
