Chloé, the senior manager, was a real ray of sunshine. She was welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always available, and gladly pointed us toward things to discover in the region. The place itself is beautiful and tastefully renovated, with modern comforts and a great location. The drawback is that there's little soundproofing between rooms or apartments.

The location is ideal, with everything within walking distance. Our duplex apartment had two bedrooms and an alcove, and it was great and very practical. It was clean, the beds were very good, and it had everything for a comfortable stay. The welcome was warm and pleasant. I'd recommend it without hesitation!

The location worked perfectly for us, near both the town center and Lake Gerardmer. The apartment was spacious and had all the essentials, including a washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, and microwave. The reception staff were really friendly. We'll be back, see you soon.

Chloé was attentive, answered our questions, and was very available. The apartment is close to shops, the lake, and the bus station, and it's well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more. There's also access to a washing machine and dryer. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

I was so glad I chose this residence for my holiday in Gérardmer. The rooms were more than adequate, and the welcome was excellent. It's only five minutes from the lake and close to the town center, so you can enjoy everything. Go without hesitation!
