Vacancéole - Les Balcons du Soleil

The large living area was the one good thing about this apartment. We were on level -1, and paid €1900 for the week. For that price, it's a complete rip-off and should be avoided. We came with our four children and found dirty, pitted walls, coffee stains on the dishwasher, a broken shower head, and a patio door that wouldn't close. I complained about the cleaning on the evening we arrived. The receptionist said someone would come the next day, but nobody did. The laundry room is in a separate building. The pool is at the other end of the resort, and when we arrived, we were told there were no spaces left, although a group of adults had used it after us. The pool managers are clearly anti-child. The ski locker only fits three pairs of skis, even though the apartment sleeps six.

The apartment was spotless and had a lovely view. The staff were cheerful and in good spirits, too. Great location, with the shuttle right outside and a small shop for essentials nearby. What more could you ask for? ☺️ Thanks! 🤩

Our kids loved it. We came as a family with young children, and the clean accommodation had all the essentials and a breathtaking view. It's conveniently close to the resort, with shops and rental services along the building. The shuttle stops right outside, which made getting to the slopes easy.

We stayed for two weeks and found the accommodation very nice and functional. The staff were incredibly kind, quick to respond when anything came up, and gave great advice. Waking up to that magnificent view of the Pyrenees was a real treat. The residence is easy to reach, and the big car park right next door made parking a breeze. I highly recommend it!
