We came across this little boutique hotel while looking for somewhere to eat lunch. Pinar, the owner’s wife, kindly let us in even though they weren’t serving food yet. She showed us around and shared the building’s history, despite our not being hotel guests. Then she asked the kitchen to put together a charcuterie board for us to have with a bottle of Gevrey. It was fantastic. We ate on the patio beside the vineyards, with an incredible view. Pinar’s friendly service and warm smile were lovely, and later the owner Sebastian came over to greet us too. He was very hospitable. The weather was perfect, so we spent a great afternoon there and took a thousand pictures. We’d definitely stay at the hotel if we visit again.

What made this stay so special was how welcoming the whole team were. They were always ready to help or offer suggestions, and Sebastian recommended a restaurant and booked it for us. It was excellent. The hotel is right among the vineyards, with lovely views from the pool and terrace, and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the high street. Our room was spacious and elegant, with some nice history to it. Even our dog loved it. We’d highly recommend it for an idyllic Burgundy stay.

We stayed for five days in October and would happily come back. It’s a lovely little inn in Gevrey-Chambertin, with roomy rooms, a great breakfast, and truly exceptional staff. The location also makes it a good base for exploring the Cotes du Nuit and other parts of burgundy.

We had a relaxing, peaceful getaway here, away from the city rush. The staff and Hotelier were attentive and welcoming throughout, and our room was comfortable, spacious, and looked out over the vineyard. I especially liked waking up to the sounds of nature and having breakfast on the terrace. With vineyards all around and historical monuments nearby, it’s a lovely base for exploring Burgundy’s wine country.

The pool was a nice spot to sit and cool off, and the hotel backs right onto the vines. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, with more besides. Sebastien was a warm, welcoming host and even helped arrange e-bikes for us. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Les Deux Chèvres. We’ll recommend it to friends and hope to return.
