I stayed for 3 days, and the sheets weren't changed. I had to ask for clean towels, and there were spider webs all over the room. For a room without a shower or toilet, the price should be 10€ a night at most.

I accidentally booked and paid for the wrong date, a month later than the weekend I needed. Once I noticed, I asked them to move the booking to that day, but they refused. I then made and paid for a new reservation with the correct date, and asked them to cancel the old one and refund it. They wouldn't help at all, with no empathy or understanding, even though my new booking meant they hadn't lost anything. It felt like greed and like someone grabbing your money off the ground and refusing to give it back. I don't recommend these hotels, especially booking through their official site instead of Booking or another site that might help. Booking on their site gave me no security in this situation. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The rooms are too small, and this isn't good value for money. There are easily better places nearby. They charged 5 euros extra for a checkout that was just half an hour late, even though we'd stayed a week. They could have been more courteous and waived it.

The staff were fantastic, and the room was clean and functional. A few more hooks and shelves would have helped. I was hesitant at first, but was pleasantly surprised after coming with my son's team for a weekend tournament. The budget price mattered to them.
