The amenities are quite nice, which made this more disappointing. We were staying for two weeks, and after a week a male receptionist said fresh sheets and towels would be brought that afternoon. When we got back at 9:30 pm, the old ones had been taken away but nothing new was there, so we had no duvet covers. The kitchen staff tried to help after reception had closed. The next morning, a receptionist argued that they were too busy to do the change and said she had already told me that, though I hadn’t spoken with her. I was paying for a stay with two small children, and she was surprisingly angry and aggressive about it. We never got an apology.

We felt safe here during COVID-19, and we’d happily come back. Our kids, aged 11 to 15, especially loved the nearby climbing forest with lots of zip lines. It cost 20 euros per person for park guests. Le PAL, an amazing zoo and adventure park, is about an hour away. We stayed in spacious Chalet 304 in the third week of July. It suited our family well, including one child on the comfortable sofa bed, and it was close to the pool. The chalet layout around the park is pleasant. The pool was clean and roomy for the kids, and most activities, including bikes and mini golf, were free. The staff were extremely helpful and flexible, especially Inge, the reception manager.

The facilities are clean and new, and we could use bikes and other sports equipment for free. Everyone working there was consistently friendly and helpful. It seems like a good place to visit in spring or autumn too. Great for families with kids, and we plan to return.

So peaceful and lovely for families, with loads of activities included. It’s an absolutely gorgeous place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. We loved it!
