The riverside setting is superb, and Vallon Pont D'Arc is an easy walk away. I've stayed here several times and it's never let me down. Everything is spotless and gets updated between visits, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It is quite expensive, but you do get what you pay for. I'll be back, and next time I'll stay longer.

The campsite itself is friendly and nice, but I wouldn't book a Tendi safari tent through the Tendi website. The tents are packed close together on a strip of asphalt, with car parking spaces between them, so there was no privacy and noise kept going. The site advertises peace and privacy without mentioning this setup. It was a terrible stay, and the website is extremely misleading.

A lovely little Dutch gem in Ardèche. Come for the quiet, good food, and amazing staff. Enjoy 😉

The pool is fantastic, and the toilets and showers are really good and clean. A good campsite, and not too big.

The flies were overwhelming, probably because there are horses and sheep nearby, though that does add a certain charm. Wi-Fi was also a bit unreliable, at least at the top of the campsite. We weren't here to spend all our time glued to screens anyway, we do far too much of that at home. In early June, it was absolutely peaceful, the staff were welcoming, and the terraced campsite and magnificent pool were lovely.
