Breakfast was pretty basic, with pastries, coffee, juice and a few cold items, but it was enough to get going. The room was small, just room for the bed, little desk and luggage, though the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, with hot water and decent pressure. Even by a main road, it stayed fairly quiet at night. The place is modern and clean, and check-in was quick. Staff were friendly, and free Wi-Fi and parking were handy. It’s about 15 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport, which worked well for a short stop or an early flight. Good value if you want a clean, affordable base near the airport or Parc des Expositions. Not the choice for large rooms or luxury.

I wouldn't send anyone here. Even simple requests became a huge hassle, and the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. Service felt nonexistent throughout my stay. The way the place is managed, they don't seem to know how to look after guests or run a hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The room was clean enough, though its toilet door wouldn't latch. The car park is locked up at night, which was reassuring. Our stay was just okay, but a few times the staff were rude, depending on when we spoke to them.

Every little thing turned into a struggle, and dealing with the staff was a nightmare. They were disrespectful and very unprofessional, and customer service was basically absent. The place felt badly managed, and the staff seemed unable to do their jobs. I'd stay away.

The room and hallways smelled bad, and the heating in the room didn't work. At least I could get some sleep, and the shower was okay.
