Hôtel de L'Europe

There was barely anything at breakfast for a baby, and the shower and toilet were so tiny they felt like a camper van bathroom. Prices were misleading too: the manager quoted one amount on the phone, while the sign in the room showed something completely different. The manager was disrespectful. I followed the sign on the front door about keeping it closed at certain hours, then he called my cell phone and completely lost it. In the morning, we opened our room window to air it out as we normally do, and he came to breakfast to lose it over that as well. He also asked intrusive questions and meddled in other people's business. This hotel is one to avoid.

It's a peaceful place, and you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner right there. The food is excellent. The owners are kind and friendly, and the hotel has a very welcoming, cheerful, family feel. If you like chatting and spending time around other people, you'll fit right in.

We slept well and ate very well during a really pleasant stay. The welcome was warm, and the hotel felt very welcoming. Thanks so much, I'd highly recommend it!

The room and bedding were very clean, though the shower and toilet were on the small side. We were only there for one night and were delighted with our stay. The owners' smiles and warm welcome really lift this two-star hotel. The owner was friendly, helpful with advice, great with customers, and lovely with children. The restaurant was closed while we were there, but they pointed us toward some excellent alternatives. Thanks again for the stay, please keep doing what you're doing! 😉
