When I accidentally left something in my room, Nathalie and Stephane helped me get it back quickly. They were such welcoming hosts, and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely little country village. The dinner was great too.

The rooms were huge suites and spotlessly clean, and the meals were outstanding. Stephan is a fantastic host and chef. This was the best stay of my extended trip, in a beautiful spot with a lovely garden. I can't say enough about this place!

A really lovely stay. We played petanque in the evening sunshine, then had an excellent dinner.

The evening meal was excellent, and Nathalie's fresh strawberry gazpacho dessert was a treat. While I was hiking the Via Francigena pilgrimage route in July 2022, I came across this wonderful place, La Vallee Verte. Stephane and Nathalie made me feel welcome in a very friendly, low-key way. Nathalie is a pianist and played a piece over FaceTime for my wife, who is also a pianist and was at home in the USA. La Vallee Verte is a gem tucked away in a small valley, and well worth seeking out.
