The owner was patient, kind, helpful, and attentive, even with our three very energetic kids. She was a ray of sunshine. The place felt welcoming and family-friendly, and the hotel and pool were cozy, modern, and just right for us. Our apartment was fantastic, with a lovely garden and jacuzzi; the bathroom was amazing, and the kitchen had everything, including a washer and dryer. You're close to everything here. We only wish we'd stayed longer. If we're in the area again, we'll come back for a longer visit. Thanks for everything, and good luck with the planned expansion.

A quiet, clean hotel with friendly staff, not far from the Vosges mountains. I'd recommend it.

We felt very welcome and had a lovely stay at this wonderful hotel. The pool is magnificent, and the owner was so kind. Élodie looked after us brilliantly and was lovely. We'd be very happy to come back.

The staff paid close attention to guests' comfort and well-being. Breakfast was generous and offered plenty of variety, and room service was excellent. My room was comfortable, with a spotless bathroom, a beautiful bathtub, and a hairdryer. The place felt warm and welcoming.
