The included breakfasts were fabulous, and those miniature horses were so adorable. Our four-person double room was amazing, too. The grounds are beautiful, with a perfect indoor pool, and the ocean is an easy drive away. It would make a lovely wedding location. Highly recommended!

We had a spacious, clean room with a bath, shower and handy fridge. The TV only had local channels, though, and I wish there had been tea-making supplies in the room or breakfast area. There wasn't even a kettle. The owner was very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the quiet, relaxing stay. There’s lots of free parking, free internet and a lovely pool that's great if you have children.

We had the place to ourselves and made good use of the indoor pool, which was a little cloudy but pleasant, and the sauna. It felt like being in our own house. The breakfast was delicious, very French, with great coffee and a good selection of Twinings tea. The chateau is a wonderful find, with lovely rooms that feel more boutique than chambres d'hotes. Everything was spotlessly clean, even the cupboard tops, and the design was elegant. I'll definitely go again, book the four-bed gites and invite friends. I want to return!

The house is beautiful, and the bed was good. Breakfast was decent, and it's an easy distance from the ferry.

A lovely spot to spend family time away from everything.
