The hotel is attractive and close to both the train and bus stations, so getting there was easy. It's also near the centre, with restaurants and other conveniences around, and we could explore the city on foot without trouble. I only stayed a night, but it was a great one. The bed was comfortable, everything was spotless, and the heating worked well. Breakfast was really good, too, with plenty of fresh local choices and nothing running out.
It was boiling hot in the room, even though there were fans. The air conditioning wasn't available, apparently because it was being fixed, but nobody told me when I booked.
The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the hotel is peaceful, with a very practical location in Grenoble. The staff are so kind. I recommend staying here.
After traveling around the area in 2023, we came back to stay here. It's an incredible place for an unbeatable price, and I'll choose it every time I'm in Grenoble. 10/10, the best place to stay. Be sure to take the gondola up and see the fort, the view is one of the most underrated in the world!
Really pleased I stayed here. It's a cozy hotel that doesn't cost too much, and the reception team is great and dependable. I'd definitely recommend it.
