Les Perles de Saint Tropez (POG160)

The all-inclusive setup worked well, and meals were varied enough to suit most people, with decent quality food. I would extend lunch service until 2 pm, though. At breakfast, it would be nice to have at least one muesli option alongside the usual children's cereals. The residence is about 400 metres from the sea and a few kilometres from St. Maxime and ST Tropez. The apartments were clean, comfortable, well furnished and laid out. Ground floor units get little light and air because of the garden vegetation, so I preferred the upper floor ones.

The apartment itself was okay, but we got one facing the parking lot, and there was no car badge bin. Cleaning and fresh towels weren't available either. The surroundings were in poor condition, and two of the four tennis courts were closed for lack of maintenance. The resort was also next to a busy road, so all in all it wasn't a good experience at Les Perles de Saint Tropez.

The apartment was quite okay. The rest of the place looked neglected, with poorly maintained surroundings, and the facilities and service aren't much to expect from.

They charged me for my baby, who was under a year old. When I asked the receptionist about it, she told me to email for a refund. I've sent four emails and nobody has replied. Very disappointed with how they've handled this. Edit: I still haven't had a reply to any of my emails, and they haven't refunded the extra money they took.
