The area itself is pleasant and well located, which makes this rental all the more disappointing. We booked the four-bedroom duplex No. 3126 through MAEVA, advertised and priced as “prestige,” but the experience felt much closer to a mid-range property. Reception was appalling, and the apartment was dirty. The air conditioning was broken, and items listed in the contract were either not as described or missing. There was one parking space instead of the two advertised, and squatters were using it because the garage door was broken. We paid extra for WiFi, but it didn’t work. MAEVA already knew about the problem and offered no refund.

The rental is nice and has air conditioning, and the terrace is lovely and large. But we couldn't use the outdoor awning because the owner hadn't left its remote. Whether that was intentional or not, we still can't enjoy the terrace properly. We’re waiting for a solution 😬. I’m not sure we’ll return, and for now I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s a beautiful place, but getting around can be difficult if you have reduced mobility.

I came here with my parents when I was little, and I was back this weekend about ten years later. It was just as enjoyable. The welcome was wonderful, and the apartment is very cute, with a stunning golf course view. There are pools, tennis, and air conditioning too. Maybe La Calade’s restaurant will reopen soon.
