Camille and Pierre made us feel so welcome, and we’re grateful for their kindness. They booked us a table at the Quai, where we had a magical, sparkling evening, like a champagne bubble. The attention to breakfast was lovely, too. The place was clean and well maintained, which makes all the difference. The villa is luxurious and Philippe Shangti’s art gives it such finesse. It’s very close to St. Tropez but still peaceful, and we fell under its spell. I stayed for a romantic weekend, and it’ll soon be the perfect spot for us to celebrate our union. Our stay at this “sumptuous” villa was a complete disaster. We booked the best room, with a private bathroom and outdoor jacuzzi. We arrived at 8pm, but the next morning Camille kicked us out at 11am. There’s a way to say things, and she was incredibly unpleasant. She seemed fed up with cleaning, welcoming guests, and preparing breakfast. Read her replies to reviews on Booking.com to see for yourself. Our stay was ruined, and we’re left with very bad memories. There are much nicer, more welcoming places nearby, closer to Saint-Tropez, where you feel at home for a more affordable price and excellent value. Avoid this place. We absolutely do not recommend it.

Luxury, glamour, excellent service, and exquisite art by the artist Philippe Shangti made our five days at Shangtasia unforgettable. Bravo, and thank you, Pierre and Camille!

The owners are young, dynamic, and absolutely charming. The setting is modern, with decor by Philippe Shangti. We stayed in the levitation room, which was very beautiful and spacious.
