From here you can enjoy all the harbor's amenities without being caught up in the summer nightlife. The residence is quiet and sits nicely between the lively harbor and the village, with the beach at the chalets about one kilometer away.

We have a family apartment here and have been coming for 10 days every year for 16 years. Some things still haven't been renovated in all that time, and the place seems to be aging badly overall, from the cleanliness of the shared areas and upkeep of the facades to the parking and pools. They do clean weekly, though a lot also comes down to people not respecting the property or the cleaning that's been done.
