The room is on the small side, but for the price it worked well for our two nights, with what we needed for self catering, except for a toaster. A washing machine was a nice extra, especially for longer stays. I also liked being offered reusable things left by previous guests, such as shampoo, body wash, cleaning supplies and sun cream, instead of having them thrown away. The bed was comfy but squeaked a lot, which wasn't ideal for romantic nights, lol. Patio doors let in fresh air, though there's no balcony to sit on. The location is lovely, close to the seafront and harbour, and free parking is a big plus. Staff didn't speak much English, but we got by with a friendly attitude. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it. See you next year!

The place looks brand new, and the welcome and availability were professional. Thanks to the concierge service, it feels like we're set for a great holiday. My only small wish is for a regular coffee maker as well as the capsule machine.

Everything is easy to reach on foot from this well-situated studio, and there's free parking. The building is quiet, with a swimming pool right beside it. Inside, the layout is really practical, with the needed amenities including a toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and clean dishes.

You can walk to the beach in about two minutes, and the residence opens right onto the port. The large shaded pool, surrounded by lovely pine trees, is the biggest in Gruissan. Parking is secure, and the whole place is peaceful and very well looked after by the attentive concierge couple. A great holiday spot!
