The rooms are clean, the views are lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed on both sides of the hotel, and the rooms with a view are something else. I'd come back, perhaps in the shoulder season, since it's very noisy outside and the building does little to block sound. Being close to the beach and nearby amenities helps make up for that.

After a day at the beach, it's a nice spot for a cocktail, including alcohol-free options, or a glacé or waffle. Friendly people, good music and a great vibe. The downside is that there aren't any non-sugary snacks before 19. Otherwise, really nice!

We were happy with our stay and would go back. Breakfast wasn't a huge selection, but we found it was enough and filling. The relaxed, rustic feel suited us, and the hotel is right across from the beach. Since there were only a few guests and no one near our room, we didn't have trouble with thin walls. Our quadruple room was clean, air conditioned, and had the basics for two nights. I don't really mind whether a place is rated two or three stars; some people seem to expect five-star standards after paying for two. Check-in was quick because I'd completed it online. When we arrived, I went to the bar to say we were checking in, and all three people working at the restaurant and bar smiled and greeted us warmly. I'd read the reviews and kept my expectations in check, while paying attention to other guests' experiences too. It turned out to be a lovely little find.

The menu looked promising, and I'm sure the food would have been good, but we never got served. We were told to choose any seat, then sat there for ages watching staff come out to clear tables. Eventually we left and went to Le Grand Soliel!
