The food, room, and breakfast all made this overnight stop a real treat. I found the place through Google Maps while looking for somewhere around my usual route back from skiing in the French Alpes. It’s not the sort of hotel you’d spot from the road. I’ve stopped at plenty of good places over the years, but this one has beaten them all, so I’ll plan to return on my next ski trip. I used to choose Logis because the hotels can be out of the way and having a restaurant on site mattered when traveling with young children. These days I’m looking forward to bringing my grandchildren to places like this.

I had a really nice stay and hope to return. The setting by the lake and mill is lovely, with a slightly unusual charm, and I enjoyed chatting with the other guests. The owners were friendly and looked after me very well. Thanks for a lovely visit, I’d recommend it to others.

We wished we could have stayed longer. Dinner was exceptional, and the service was very good. The hotel, restaurant, and beautiful setting were all faultless for us. Such a lovely place, and we’d happily recommend it.

We found this a lovely, quiet hotel and a perfect place to stop on our north-south journey. The location is idyllic, even after a stormy night, and both the restaurant meal and breakfast were lovely.

We’ve stayed at other places, but we keep coming back here because nothing else compares in our view. I first found the hotel a few years ago and haven’t been able to stay away since. Natherlie is the best hostess, and her husband, “The Chef,” serves brilliant food. The accommodation and surroundings are just as good. We’ve already visited once this year (2017) and booked two more stays for our next trip. Tres tres bien.
