We slept so well, and the food was amazing. The hosts were so kind and friendly, checking that we had everything we needed. It’s a wonderful place in a lovely setting. I hope to come back, though my photos really don’t do it justice.

A cozy gypsy caravan, a magnificent setting, and a really welcoming inn made this a perfect stop between two days exploring the magic of Christmas in Alsace. Dimitrie and Marie were kind and professional. You rarely find hosts like them. This is an address worth keeping!

The inn's restaurant is absolutely amazing, though I'll let you discover it for yourselves. The owners gave us such a welcoming, almost family-like reception. The caravans have everything for comfort and peace and quiet, with thoughtful little extras like coffee, herbal teas, sweets, and small cakes. What a magnificent discovery, a real gem.

Breakfast is far more than the usual bread, croissants, and coffee, with cheese, cold cuts, omelets, fruit, and cereals. Dimitri and Marie also gave us expert advice for outings by car or on foot, and horses are welcome too. The charming, adorable Bella caravan was snug and warm, and at night, the pure air and sounds of furry and feathered animals were divine. We were deep in a valley above Gueberschwihr, surrounded by forest, with horses grazing in the pasture beside us. And if you stay for lunch or dinner, you’d be missing out if you didn’t!
