0/10, I don’t recommend it. We told the hotel 16 days (!) ahead that we had to cancel because of a medical emergency. My boyfriend needed surgery, and he called to ask politely if they could cancel the booking, offering to provide a medical certificate. The staff refused to refund us and didn’t seem to care. It feels like profit matters more to them than their reputation. What kind of customer service is that?

We never got to stay here. Bad weather and heavy traffic meant we would be about 10 minutes late, and we had let the hotel know in advance. They said they “have their own lives” and couldn’t accommodate a late check-in. They offered no help or alternative, so we lost the reservation and paid €240 for a room we never used. We understand that schedules matter, but a little courtesy and flexibility in circumstances beyond our control could have made all the difference. We hope the hotel rethinks how it treats guests.

The region is fabulous, so come visit Bretagne, but book somewhere else! The website promised a sea view, but when we arrived, the front desk acted as if we were stupid or lying. If you’re looking for customer service, this definitely isn’t the place. The wifi didn’t work, and the place was barely cleaned. I can’t rate it any lower.

Residence Sud Occsion is a really beautiful residence, just 100 metres from the beach ⛱️. I like this place very much.

The accommodation is close to some very beautiful viewpoints, and the sea view is wonderful.
