A peaceful place with well-designed accommodation and a pleasant welcome. The pool is heated and refreshing. There were a few bits of greenery at the bottom, and since it was the last week of the season, the vacuum cleaner needed putting away.

The pool was fantastic and clean, and there was always room for a sun lounger. The reception staff were very helpful with suggestions for things to do, especially advising us to skip Aqualand because of the holiday crowds. It was an excellent place for a holiday. A little more storage space would be a plus!

A disastrous stay. I'd give it zero stars if I could. We couldn't even stay for the weekend at the Bluegreen Golf Club in Gujan-Mestras because the accommodation was so disgusting. On arrival, we found live spiders and webs in every room, including our 3-year-old's bedroom. Some webs hung all the way from ceiling to floor. When I reported it, the manager brushed me off, saying there were "two webs," as if I were making a fuss over nothing. They justified the live spiders and webs by saying there would always be more after cleaning because of all the trees around. Completely unacceptable. They asked me to pay an extra €200 for a renovated room, despite the state of our "room." We were put in an unrenovated room on the grounds that we had booked through Voyage Privé: rusty shower head, questionable cleanliness and hygiene. They only offered to fix the problem after we arrived. Shameful. Voyage Privé agreed to move us, and I didn't need to justify myself because the problem was obvious. In my opinion, this place meets neither hospitality nor cleanliness standards. I strongly advise against it. Avoid at all costs.

After reading some reviews, I was worried about what we'd find, but we ended up very satisfied despite a not very warm welcome. The accommodation was quiet and pleasant, with a view of the golf course. It's a starting point for cycling, perhaps not the most suitable with a baby, but still very good. The pool was lovely, and there's a paddling pool for children too. There's no inventory of kitchen accessories, but reception can provide one if you ask. The kitchen is arranged as it is, for example, we couldn't put detergent in the washing machine because the dishwasher was in the way. Since arriving, we've recommended the place to everyone around us! We were in a house for 6-8 people.
