Tropical Hotel Saint Barth

The pool and lounge spaces feel wonderfully intimate. The manager and staff go way above and beyond to make a stay feel special, which is why this is one of my favorite hotels anywhere. It feels like a hidden gem I’d rather keep to myself. Already looking forward to visiting again.

Some staff members were unprofessional and unhelpful in their attitude and communication. I also had serious problems with the payment and refund. Even after following up several times, the refund that should have been processed still wasn’t completed.

I’ve travelled a lot this year, and this was one of my best stays. The restaurant on site was simply wow, and the hotel’s design is stunning, balancing elegance with comfort so well I never wanted to leave. I spent two weeks here, which is more than enough time on st barths, but I’m still sad to be leaving. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. They made me feel really well looked after.

The food was delicious, and the location made it easy to enjoy both the island and a relaxing tropical hideaway. Hotel Tropical St Barth is just steps from the iconic St. Jean Beach and the charming village square. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. They took care with every detail and really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I had an absolutely amazing stay. A true gem in St Barth, and I can’t wait to come back!
