The location is excellent and there's private parking. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom tub was dirty and damaged. With 33°C outside, having no AC was a nightmare. Breakfast was typical French fare. A nice hotel if you're not too demanding.
2/10
I felt uncomfortable throughout the stay, and I don't understand how the place has three stars. The breakfast was poor, there was no kettle in the room, and the staff gave rather rude replies when I made extra requests without meeting any of them. My room was dirty, with hair on the floor and bathroom walls. There was no sound insulation from the noisy road junction outside, and the cleaning staff made a lot of noise right outside my room at 7:45 a.m. on both mornings.

Shops and restaurants are just a two-minute walk away. The location and breakfast were good, and it was great to have air conditioning.

Thanks to Jean Paul and Dorothy's thoughtful care, this Hotel feels like home. The service was very good, and Jean Paul is a very good cook as well.
8/10
The room was comfortable and very nice, and the Alsatian food was very good. We enjoyed it all in a beautiful town, at a reasonable price.
