Le Manoir de Hauterive

A lovely modern hall that can be divided, plus a comfortable guesthouse with several beds, games, a hammam and a jacuzzi on the terrace bar. The countryside views are open, and there's plenty of outdoor space, so this beautiful private medieval property works well for weddings, family reunions and other festive gatherings. There's gated private parking and dedicated access throughout. The owners live on site and appreciate having their property boundaries respected. They're understanding about event arrangements as long as the place is treated with respect. I highly recommend it for an event.

We had our wedding here on August 30, 2025, and the manor house is beautiful and full of charm. The owner was kind and very welcoming. A big thank you, I'd recommend it 100%.

Our guests really enjoyed the gîte, which was very pleasant to rent and very clean. For parties, there's a large room that can be split in two, along with a spacious, functional kitchen. We highly recommend this place for big events.

The spacious, airy reception hall makes guests feel welcome straight away, and there's a large outdoor area with convenient parking. The place is clean and comfortable, and the price seems reasonable for what you get. At first glance, Manoir d'Hauterive seems like the most pleasant venue I've seen, a great fit for a really successful wedding. The manager deserves credit too. People may not realize how much work goes into managing and maintaining a place like this.
