The shaded terrace under a magnificent lime tree was a highlight, and the Gite des Mésanges is only 100 meters from the Rhine-Rhone Canal, which makes it great for cycling. Inside, it’s personal, very well equipped, and especially comfortable, with lovely bedding. The owners were attentive while still giving us space. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The surroundings are so green, clean, and peaceful, with fresh air and plenty to do around Alsace, France. The villages are beautiful and charming, almost like something out of a fairy tale. The house has all the comforts and its own parking, so it’s ideal for families. The owners are incredibly lovely, and their daughter has been so attentive and kind the whole time. We still have days left here, and we’re already delighted. We’d come back again and again.

The kitchen has everything you need if, like us, you don’t want to eat out too often. Dogs are welcome as long as they’re clean and quiet. It’s a pleasant, peaceful cottage, and we received a very warm welcome.

The two hostesses and the host were caring and wonderfully hospitable, which made our stay a delight. The house itself is fantastic and has every comfort. A wonderful place, highly recommended!
