The beach nearby was a real treat, perfect for us. The waves can be high for children, though the water is shallow. There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel, and the pool is lovely too. In early September, we had no trouble finding a lounger.

My refurbished room facing the pool was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom, and air conditioning that worked well. I didn't hear pool noise either. The hotel is close to the beach, yet far enough away that the crowds weren't audible. Breakfast had limited choices, but what was served was fresh and good quality. I've stayed in the Basque Country for years, so I know ants can be an issue and are harmless, and that food shouldn't be left out. Still, I found a lot of them under the bed on my first night and dealt with them myself. Other reviews suggest this happens more widely, so the hotel may need to address it soon. One small thing that would help is refilling the water bottle after the first night. Parking costs €28 a night, but I found it cheaper and safer than leaving the car on the street. I'd stay again and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The beach is very close, and the location is great. The interior looks beautiful and very recently fitted out. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was very good, too. Free cold water was a welcome extra. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is nicely located near a beautiful stretch of Atlantic beach. Breakfast was excellent!!!

The apartment worked well enough for our family of four and had underground parking, a pool, gym, and sauna. It's perfectly placed, just 100 metres from the beach. The sofa bed, though, wasn't very comfortable.
