There was no electricity all night, and no one at reception to help. We called, but only reached voicemail. After returning exhausted from the four-kilometre walk to the city centre, we couldn't have dinner or shower. The previous night had already been miserable: our room was freezing, the beds were tiny and tucked behind the door, so all of us slept on the sofa. The next day we had to travel without sleep and without even being able to look at ourselves in the mirror. When we left, reception wasn't open, but we found a receptionist and explained what happened. She said she'd ask her manager to call, but nobody ever got in touch or even apologized. We stayed two nights, and this was the worst stay in the world. I'll never come back.

The rooms were plain and clean, and the property seemed reasonably cared for considering its age. The sofa bed was only fairly comfortable. My stay was quiet and relaxing, though there didn’t seem to be many other guests around.

The location and cleanliness were the best parts, but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that I wouldn’t book a room with one again. We had to sleep on it with our baby because the hotel cot wasn’t suitable, and we could feel the wood through its thin mattress.

A quiet spot right above the port, with rooms that are well maintained and seem to have been renovated recently.

We had to buy basics like bin liners and toilet paper ourselves, and there was only one bath towel for the whole family. Everything was expensive despite the lack of services, and the staff were rude. Very poor service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
