Rose and Charlie made us feel so welcome, and the generous breakfast was fabulous, with both French and English options. We stayed two nights while visiting Mont Saint Michel and St Malo. Our tastefully decorated room felt thoughtfully put together, with a little sitting area overlooking the sea and a small bar space with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. A must if you’re in the region. Bravo!

Our first stay with Rose & Charlie was in July 2023, as a stopover before the ferry home. We liked it so much that we came back for one night in July 2024. The rooms are fabulous, with views across the beach and seafront. Rose & Charlie welcomed us back with open arms, even as we dripped rain everywhere after arriving by bike in a downpour. They’re a lovely couple who couldn’t do enough for us. Already looking forward to coming again, Lynn & Jim.

Rose and Charlie were so welcoming to our family travelling by bike, and gave us a lovely place to stay with a delicious breakfast. The work they’ve done on the property is exquisite, with so many personal touches. I’d definitely stay again.

The house is beautifully and authentically renovated, and it has everything we needed. Rose and Charlie made us feel so welcome. We had a lovely evening enjoying both their company and their stunning home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The owners are so welcoming, and you can tell they put a lot of love into what they do. We had a really comfortable bed, a nice breakfast, and a great view from our room. We enjoyed our couple of nights here and would definitely come back for longer. It’s also a handy base for day trips to Mont St Michel, St Malo, and the smaller towns in between, or for a walk on the beach.
